I've been obsessed with Pho lately. I've been getting it once a week. My coworker and I decided to try out Pho Fusion last Friday. We came pretty early before noon and we were the only customers.
I got the #14 Chin Nam Gau Gan Sach Pho which has brisket, flank, marbled flank, tendon and tripe. It tasted good and consistent with other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I tried their cream cheese wontons that has jalapeno in it. It was good as well and not that spicy.
The lady working there was great and very attentive. Better service than other Pho restaurants in my opinion.
Overall, a good place to get your pho fix. -

The pho at Pho Fusion is pretty good but what gets me going back is their chicken curry (Cà Ri Gà).
Most other places that I've tried having Cà Ri Gà is rather sweet since it has coconut milk in it but the curry here actually is more savory/soupy. Chicken is always very tender and you can tell they took a while to cook this thing.
Highly recommended, especially by substituting fried rice. -

I'm not the biggest Pho fan but my wife is, so it was pretty good. Not fancy, just generic strip mall seating. Food was good, family owned and very friendly!

Really nice owner that takes pride in the food, quality, and service. We came here because of the great yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. The pho had a very homemade flavor to it, similar to what your Mom or Auntie would make. The pho broth tasted clean, clear, & flavorful and I was able to order beef on the side to prevent the beef from over cooking. The meat could have been cut a bit thinner but I still ate it, nonetheless.
We also ordered the fresh spring rolls with shrimp and asked to leave out the pork. The rolls were generously filled with lettuce, sprouts, noodles, and shrimp. The peanut hoisin sauce tasted so yummy with these rolls but don't forget to add some sriracha for that extra kick.
Overall, a great little pho shop that serves delicious food.
